Intellectual property. The structure of the game, its texts, its illustrations, its legend ratings and its generated images are the property of Adversport France. Foot Mercato, Fichajes and Fussball Transfers are trademarks of the Adversport group. Any unauthorised reproduction, other than the personal sharing of the images and links generated by the game, is prohibited.
No affiliation. Legend XI is a Foot Mercato game. It is not organised, endorsed or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, the Ligue de Football Professionnel, any federation, club or player, and has no link with them. “FIFA World Cup” is a trademark of FIFA; the game only uses the descriptive label “World champions”, just as “European champions” and “French champions” refer to the winners of the corresponding competitions. Team and player names, results and statistics are cited for information, in a historical and editorial context. No official logo, crest, trophy or visual is used.
Legend ratings. The legend ratings are an editorial assessment by Foot Mercato, calculated for each player from the statistics of the title campaign and the awards of the year. They are not official data. Errors can be reported through the Foot Mercato contact form.
Privacy

- No personal data collected. No account, name, email address, nickname or free text. The game sets no cookie and no tracker, uses no audience measurement tool and shows no targeted advertising.
- Anonymous counting of games. To count games, shares and opened challenge links, the game sends its server a short message when the tournament starts, when the game ends and after a successful share: mode, kind of game (free, daily challenge, friend’s challenge), language, formation, outcome, share channel and format; when a challenge link is opened, the server notes the language of the page and whether the request comes from a browser or a link-preview robot (the kind of browser is not kept). None of these counts contains an identifier, an IP address, a challenge code or any information about your device: they are daily totals, kept for three months in the host’s statistics tool (Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine) and for a few days in its technical log.
- Storage on your device. The game stores in your browser’s local storage the information needed by the features you use; it never leaves your device, except the code of a challenge link you choose to share.

- Challenge links. A challenge link only contains the parameters of the game (mode, formation, players chosen, draw). It contains no information about you or your device.
- Hosting. The game is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to route and secure the exchanges, without the game keeping it. This provider may process data outside the European Union: it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and otherwise applies the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
- Game embedded in an article. When the game is shown in a page of Foot Mercato, Fichajes or Fussball Transfers, the privacy policy and the consent module of that site apply to the page; the game itself sets no tracker.
- Your rights. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may set instructions on the fate of your data after your death. Write to privacy@adversport.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Terms of use
- Purpose. These terms govern the use of the game “Legend XI”, published by Adversport France.
- Access. The game is free, with no account and no purchase. It may be interrupted or changed at any time, in particular to correct data.
- Rules. The rules are in “How to play”. Results are calculated by the game on your device from your choices; the same XI with the same draws always gives the same run.
- No prize. The game gives no prize, no payment and no public ranking.
- Content. The historical data are checked against several sources; errors remain possible and can be reported through the Foot Mercato contact form. The legend ratings are an editorial assessment.
- Sharing. The images and links generated may be shared for personal, non-commercial use, social networks included. You remain responsible for the messages you post with them.
- Intellectual property. See the legal notice.
- Liability. Adversport France cannot be held liable for the game being unavailable or for the loss of the data kept on your device.
- Applicable law. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, any dispute falls under the competent French courts.

Accessibility
The game aims at level AA of the WCAG 2.2 guidelines: touch targets of at least 44 × 44 px, full keyboard navigation with a visible focus, announcements of the draws, picks and results for screen readers, checked colour contrasts, a layout down to 320 px wide, reduced animations when your system asks for them or from the game settings. It has not been audited externally. An accessibility problem can be reported through the Foot Mercato contact form; we will offer you an alternative.
